may market

It's almost the end of May and The Little Market is on again, this is a lovely little market held out the back of Avid Bookshop in West End, Brisbane. This month there will be plants and botanical creations, food, music, felted and crocheted crafts, jewellery, organic skincare, up cycled creations and more!!

lolly drops

These earrings were an experiment using little pieces of glass off cuts that were sitting on my desk just wanting to be made into something. They reflect light beautifully and are different colours from different angles. They will be available in my etsy shop tomorrow.

new work mittens

It's getting colder which means it's more difficult for me to work on small pieces of glass with my cold hands. I had an order that I just couldn't put off any longer today so I had to find a way to warm my hands without creating extra bulk which would make it even more difficult to work. The result; a pair of toe socks with the tips of the toes cut out! Worked like a dream!
